Wholesale Terms & Conditions
For first time customers of Booked & Busy Co. the minimum order value is $300. New customers will be required to pay a 30% deposit, that is non refundable, before the order will be produced and shipped.
The remaining invoice will be issued upon the delivery of the wholesale order. Returning customers will be offered priority in the wholesale process.
Wholesale orders are typically processed between 8 to 10 weeks depending on order size. Larger orders are subject to longer processing and shipping times.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the overall weight, distance, and delivery speed. The shipping cost will be included in the final invoice. Customer will cover the cost of shipping unless local delivery is available.
All prices are listed in US dollars. All general retailers will receive 20% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients (used books stores, small businesses, book vendors, etc.) will receive 35% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any orders over $1,000. We will cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through USPS and UPS.
No returns are acceptable without Booked & Busy Co. prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Return Shipping will be charged and paid by the client.
For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

Booked & Busy Co. accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and EFT payments.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.
